These are "footless tights" (ankle-length leggings)! With a covered elastic band at the natural waist, they end near the ankle, depending on your height and leg length. These leggings are strong enough to make it through your toughest workout class yet thin enough to fit under a favorite pair of jeans for added warmth.  

How high or low the elastic waist fits you will depend on the length of your torso, and if you are high waisted or not. Image below shows close-up of waistband. Heather Gray is also shown below. 

Super soft and stretchy fabric means that moves with you. Covered elastic band sits comfortably at your natural waist. Perfect for layering or for just chilling out.
