The Ladies' Scoop Neck Tee is a nice casual tee cut for women. A great price for an organic cotton tee.

The size small would probably fit an older girl or young teen.

Laying flat, the measurements for the chest were taken from underarm to underarm, shoulders were taken from one sleeve seam to the other, and the length from the top of the back to the bottom.

Measurements:

Small: chest 18", shoulder 16", length 24.5"
Medium: chest 19.5", shoulder 17.5", length 26"
Large: chest 21.5", shoulder 19", length 26.25"
X-Large: chest 24.75", shoulder 21.75", length 28"

These are not pre-shrunk. Expect shrinkage if you launder in warm/hot water and use a dryer.
